About Our Services
Hussle Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Murfreesboro, Franklin, Nashville, Smyrna, La Vergne, and surrounding areas in Tennessee. Services include interior and exterior detailing, wash and wax, stain extraction, steam cleaning, and headlight restoration.
Booking and Quotes
Quote requests submitted through our Site are not final bookings. Every vehicle is different, so we provide quotes after reviewing your vehicle details and service preferences. A booking is confirmed only after we contact you to schedule a service date, time, and agreed price.
Pricing and Payment
Prices vary based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested. You will receive a quote before any service begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Area and Scheduling
We serve the cities listed on our Site. If your location falls outside our standard service area, we may charge a travel fee or decline the job. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we reschedule, we will contact you promptly to find an alternate date.
Customer Responsibilities
To provide our service, we require:
- Access to the vehicle at the agreed service address
- A safe, reasonably level surface to perform the work
- Removal of personal belongings from the vehicle before our arrival
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
Vehicle Condition
We do our best to deliver excellent results, but outcomes depend on the starting condition of the vehicle. Some stains, odors, scratches, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed by detailing. We will always do our best and communicate clearly about what is achievable before starting work.
Liability
Hussle Detailing carries insurance covering the services we provide. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
- Damage caused by defective or poorly maintained parts, paint, or materials
- Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
In any case, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program Description. Hussle Detailing operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about their auto detailing services. Message types may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, quote follow-ups, and promotional offers.
Consent. By providing your phone number and opting in through our booking form or other enrollment method, you consent to receive text messages from Hussle Detailing at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
